Fee for participant, student and young delegate includes:
program and conference kit, entrance to sessions, get-together reception, coffee at breaks and lunches.
PAYMENT
Payment for registration fees must be paid directly to the Secretariat and can be made by bank transfer* or credit card. Kindly refer to the registration form for details.
* Please ensure that the name/s of the participant/s and Conference (EILAT XVI) are clearly stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Received prior to April 1, 2022, full refund less €50 handling fee.

Received from April 1, 2022 up until May 10, 2022, 50% refund

From May 10, 2022: No refund.
